Practical Lifecycle Support for JMS Equipment

JMS has been engineering wastewater treatment and solids handling equipment for three generations. When that equipment requires attention, whether for parts, inspections, rehabilitation, or ongoing service, our Aftermarket team connects you directly with the people who designed it.

We support municipalities operating JMS-built systems, including:

  • Mega-FLOC paddle wheel flocculators
  • Mega-SKIMMER scum removal systems
  • Mega-VAC vacuum sludge collection systems
  • Bio-SCREW shafted and shaftless conveyors
  • Bio-BELT belt conveyors
  • Bio-HOPPER enclosed storage systems

Working directly with the OEM means you receive parts built to original specifications, support from field technicians who understand the system, and lifecycle guidance that helps protect your capital investment. It goes beyond a catalog and a quote.

What We Do - Four service pillars

Site Assessments

On-site mechanical and structural evaluations of aging equipment. We identify wear points, document conditions, and deliver actionable rehabilitation recommendations with budgetary guidance.

Rehabilitation & Retrofits

Extend the life of installed equipment by 15 to 25 years through targeted mechanical rebuilds, drive system upgrades, and structural retrofits, at a fraction of full replacement cost.

OEM Replacement Parts

Parts manufactured to original JMS specifications, including bearings, sprockets, shafts, drive assemblies, flights, wear strips, and structural components. Correct material, correct fit, guaranteed compatibility.

Service Partnerships

Annual review programs and managed service agreements that give your maintenance team a direct relationship with JMS engineering. Predictable costs, proactive planning, fewer surprises.

Why the OEM Matters

Not all aftermarket parts are created equal. Non-OEM replacements may appear similar, but they can differ in material grade, dimensional tolerance, coating specification, and long-term durability. When a flocculator shaft is undersized by even a fraction of an inch, or a sprocket is made from the wrong alloy, the failure may not be immediate. It often shows up months later as a breakdown during peak flow.

JMS parts are manufactured with the same engineering rigor as the original equipment because they come from the same team. That is not a sales pitch. It reflects how we have operated for over 60 years.
